Jinniva Alvarez
Jinniva Alvarez, a Honduran born and raised who moved to the US when she was 20 years old to finalize her education in Marketing and Business Administration. She decided to pursue her goals and dreams in the US and start a very successful career.
In 2007, she accepted a regional position at a luxury watchmaker – Movado – where she was responsible for seven states including Florida. Her life changed completely, and she started traveling to all the major cities in the country, including NY and Los Angeles.
In 2009, she started a new position at Michael Kors in their Retail Development Division as Brand Manager. She managed all major retailers such as Macy’s, Bloomingdales, Nordstrom and Dillards. In this position, she trained and developed associates to learn Michael Kors Visual Standards and Sales Best Practices. She managed 250 employees and also actively participated in multiple sales seminars. After 10 years incredible years, she decided to leave the company and start her own business.
In 2019, she and her husband decided to follow their dream and purchase a property here in this beautiful paradise – Roatan, She went through the whole process of buying, relocating and even opening her own business.
In 2021, she officially opened Roatan Vibes Boutique, starting with one location. She is now owner of four locations; three of which are located on the island and one in our capital city, Tegucigalpa.
In 2023, she joined Keller Williams Roatan to help others to accomplish their dream (just as she and her husband did) of either purchasing a second home or to relocate to this beautiful paradise that many are lucky to call home.
